Happy 32nd Birthday Joel,
I remember the joy of holding you for the first time as you stared up into my eyes, as if you were examining the source of the voice you heard for 9 months. You were so alert and curious from day one. You didn't like to held lying flat, you had to be up so you could see what was going on. I loved every single second of being your Mom. I miss you excrutiatingly.
